A guru is one who is regarded as having great knowledge, wisdom, and authority in a certain area, and who uses it to guide others.
May we come to see that Life itself is our greatest guru. Within her lay infinite knowledge and wisdom which brought each of us into being.
In each moment, Guru Life is available to teach us. Whether we learn or not depends on our view.
If we remain open to the higher power in each and every moment and embedded in every part of our being then every moment becomes a lesson.
When we embrace life as our Guru each moment becomes sacred a moment when the great teacher is invisibly present.
…in moments of joy
and in moments of pain.
…in moments of excitement
or in moments or boredom.
…in moments we are in heated argument
or in moments of tender embrace.
…in moments of indifference to strangers
or in moments of caring.
In all these dualistic opposites our teacher is there awaiting us to learn the lesson taught. Resisting may take the form of egoistic knowledge not realizing that our own knowledge is merely another expression of hers.
When we relinquish our own sense of control, surrendering completely only then will we find the serenity we have always sought.
For clarity will naturally appear on its own once we completely stop agitating the waters of awareness.
Live and Learn. We All Do.
